InLoox for Microsoft Teams (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) keeps most of the user experience within Microsoft Teams.
The Service is an independent system that processes and stores information. When you use the Service, the Order Processing Contract in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) will apply.
The following information summarizes sections from this document for your convenience. In case of conflicts in interpretation or wording between this document and the Contract, the Contract shall always be the overriding and binding agreement.
When you interact with the Service, we will collect personal data and other information from you, e.g.
For data collection, storage and refer to the “Specification of the order content” section in the Contract for details.
We will store the data that we collect in the European Union within Microsoft Azure data centers.
In order to interact with the Microsoft APIs, the data will include your login token, your team’s and channel’s ids.
The data is used to provide you with a project management software. If you decide to sign up for a paid account, which is optional, we will use your billing details for invoicing.
Data security and operational safety is at the core of our business. We use industry standards to safeguard your data.

At any time, upon a user request, we may remove their data from our servers entirely. Note that this will prevent the application to work properly.
